Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided in your store order.

For package protection, we encourage customers to use Route to recover any issues with lost packages, packages damaged upon receipt,

Shipping rates & delivery estimates are provided dependent on the shipping courier you selected. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Some orders will include local taxes. We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping, but have partnered with Route for customers to file a claim for any damaged packages. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
